First appeared in the 1996 Tolkien Calendar, published by HarperCollins. (It was the painting for February.)
Also appeared on an 8″ collector plate made in Wedgwood English fine bone china by Danbury Mint.
Strangely, this was used on the cover of some editions of The Hobbit.
